There are Two (2) Constitutional Amendments and Several General Obligation Bonds on the Ballot

On this years ballot voters are being asked to vote yes or no on two (2) constitutional amendments and several general obligation bonds. After approving, in 2016, the constitutional amendment concerning pre-trial detentions, which some justices have used to justify or excuse questionable decisions to release criminals, many voters are now taking a closer look at proposed amendments to constitution before voting on them.
